Disliked: Bit far from town and more than the one shuttle per day would be ideal. Town bus is most unsatisfactory with only one bus per hour at the moment due to mechanical problems in the fleet.

Liked: Stayed at this resort in the early 90's and have to say it still has the same feel even though it is quite a bit larger. We did have to wait for our room for quite a while but were able to use the facilities whilst we waited so that was great. We had booked a great room next to the adult pool with its own deck and lounges, which was fantastic and made our stay very relaxing and special. We used the sunset bar & grill a couple of times, great food, drinks and service.The adult pool itself was spotless, perfect temp, loads of towels etc.. a wonderful facility. There is also a pretty large gym and other leisure facilities.
Disliked: We found the reception staff to be quite short, just eager to process you and move you along, except for one young lady who was lovely and helpful. The girl in the coffee shop and some of the staff around the pool seemed to begrudge actually having to do their jobs. The resort could have made a lot more revenue on drinks and food if the team had just stopped talking to each other in French and walked around asking guests if they wanted to order something. As an Australian I find it a little uncomfortable when I am staying in an Australian resort and the staff are all speaking to each other in another language, it feels rude even if it is not. I overheard other guests discussing the same thing.There is a large spa on the resort but there are no Sauna or steam facilities for guests to use which seemed odd in such a resort?

Disliked: Still doing small bottles rather than refills in bathroom , need to get more environmentally friendly Still give 2 bottles of plastic water

Best way to start a...

Liked: Beautifully set out, reasonably quite and peaceful. The adults only pool was lovely and all the restaurants served great food.

Great stay but the food...

Liked: The resort facilities and location were fantastic, staff are great.
Disliked: The food sadly does not hit par especially at Ocean pool or the buffet breakfast (which was cold) so we only went once. More substantial meals need to be added onto the lunch menus. The food delivered from room service was great and we had a nice meal at Sunset Grill one night.
