A pleasant bustle, a hotel...

Liked: I arrived at this hotel late in the evening, and it was pleasantly busy in front of the entrance. People were enjoying drinks outside at the tables and chairs. The hotel facilities are simply excellent; there's a fitness room and various relaxation areas. Some are pleasantly busy, but if you look around, you'll also find quiet spots where you can read a book or work. The staff is friendly and helpful, even though it's a very busy hotel; you have to take a number to get help. The breakfast is good, and public transport such as the train and bus are nearby. This hotel has a similar vibe to large hostels; if that's your thing, this is a great hotel.

Liked: The beds were super comfortable, and we both got our 8 hours of sleep in. It was close to the train station, which was just what we needed for the night.
Disliked: Taking 50 minutes to check in is an awful experience, and God forbid you forget to take a number, or you'd be there all day or night. The reception was severely understaffed, and they seemed strained and tired. I could never in my right mind recommend anyone stay here. Not to mention several reviews reporting wall lice in several of the rooms, we were definitely in a hurry to leave in the morning. Find something better. Avoid this place like the plague for your own health and sanity.

I definitely wouldn’t stay here...

Liked: The location was very convenient and very safe surroundings, General Manager was such a nice guy. Canteen was decent, Bikes Outside, also the city tour bus was outside, 8/10 min walk to transport links depending how quick you walk! Overall CPH is an AMAZING city!!!
Disliked: I don’t like the setup of the checking in procedure I think you still should be able to check people in earlier if they pay extra because it was very chaotic,, Couple of my encounters with couple of staff members unimpressed very rude and condescending shouldn’t be working in a high pressured environment with people of all nationalities especially with language barriers etc the lack of compassion and patience I witnessed was not good, sometimes it’s good to be kind and SMILE, I think Jacob the British guy (Manager) made up for them very nice guy, very approachable, very cool and calm temperament!

Liked: Good booking. The room is really small but it does the work. Also offers free gym. Breakfast is also worth it. If you want to use the room really just for sleeping, this is solid choice.
