Odd, delayed check in, cold...

Liked: Walk in the Clouds was surprisingly spacious as two bedrooms with long corridor and shared bathroom between them. Rooms were generally clean.
Disliked: Shower was never hot, even after running for 20 minutes.Communications were very odd. Despite chasing beforehand our check-in instructions were late, making us 30 mins late to our plans. Others had the same issue. We had to tailgate another guest to be able to enter the building and then call. We had 45 minutes remaining for breakfast - more than enough time for us - but as we headed downstairs we had a text from the owner that everyone was waiting for us! Obviously the other guests weren’t bothered, but owner was trying to rush us so they could finish earlier.If you’re on your own the local streets are not well lit for walking back from downtown - okay if you’re in a group.

Liked: The breakfast was cooked in the morning. Pretty and tasty!The garden was well maintained, and good gathering area with a glass of wine.
Disliked: Walk in the Cloud room is located on the 3rd floor, so it might be difficult to go up if you have a knee problem.
