Superb

Liked: Very good breakfast. Good location. Staff very attentive
Disliked: Room was too hot even in the cool temperatures outside and had steam coming past the window from a vent below - perhaps the kitchens?

Not good value for money...

Liked: Dining facilities and food . Friendly staff . Good big car park .
Disliked: Room 15 was above a gym that doesn’t belong to the hotel but the noise does! .. The view from this room is of a flat roof .. awful .

Total rip off!!! Took advantage...

Liked: The location.
Disliked: Total rip off. We booked as the ferry was cancelled and paid £274 room only for "4 star" hotel. The room was no better than a travel lodge. Dated furniture, door hanging off cupboard. Asked for disabled facilities for my sister as she couldn't get into a bath, room was available but she would have to pay twin occupancy! Never have I been so disgusted.
