Liked: The AC was adjustable so a fan could stay on without AC. Also, I could walk to find coffee and it was backed by nice apts. Ice is important and there was ice.
Disliked: The check in was a little bit like I interrupted a family time. Also, when I went out the next morning, I bumped into the check in man in his own parking lot and he was chilly. I booked this for being under $100. I had no experience with hotels. I now know that for $20 more you can book a chain like Wyndham properties and its like huge.

Liked: Location was very good.
Disliked: Mildew smell in bathroom; non-working coffee maker; small, low-grade bars of soup.

Liked: Friendly staff on check in. Clean rom.
Disliked: Only enough coffee making facilities for one person and there were hairs in the cup. The guy on reception seemed reluctant to hand out any more coffee cups and whitener.

Liked: The guy working the front desk was very nice. They were seemingly in the process of some repairs in the next room.
Disliked: The property needs a lot of repairs. The room I was in was potentially unsafe for health reasons. Bath mat was dirty and the floor needed a good scrub. But the hole in the ceiling and mold in the bathroom was the most concerning. There were no extra locks on the door, only the card key lock. There was also a door I had no control over keeping locked that went into an adjoining room
