Overall not worth the price....

Disliked: quality was disappointing for the price to be honest. The pull out couch was very very uncomfortable. The bathroom sink was aggressively strong and leaked. When we arrived the toilet paper holder was so loose it was almost broken, it could barely hold up toilet paper roll. The only hook to hang a towel of clothing hanger outside the closet was not secure and couldn't hold anything up without coming off the door. Walls were very thin, we are fairly deep sleepers and all night we could hear the ice maker re loading, guests in different rooms, and guests above us.
