A real gem in Hamilton.

Liked: The staff were very friendly. They even had a relaxing area set up on the roof to see the eclipse. It was awesome. Finally the gentleman at the restaurant was great. We chatted for a bit and he was the one that told us about the rooftop area.
Disliked: We didn’t like the room we had as it was close to the coffee station and elevators. We tried to move farther from this noisy area but there were no other rooms available.

One of the best hotels...

Liked: Location, kinda away from downtown but easy to get back on the 400’s
Disliked: Small parking and small room window

Liked: Room, lobby and hallways were very clean. All staff were kind and courteous, very welcoming. Nicely decorated.The second floor coffee bar is great ! Very good breakfast in the restaurant. Also many restaurants in the area, and conveniently located.
Disliked: Not the hotels fault at all, but an event next door took up all the parking. I was able to find street parking a ways away, but as a country girl, I was a little nervous walking back to the hotel in the evening.Other than that, the stay was great
