Fantasic central location and great...

Liked: Brilliant location so close to centre of town and main beach. I've stayed all over Byron and this is the best value for its location and room facilities, balcony & car parking. If you essentially just need a good bed and don't need the latest luxury trappings then this is a great option and lovely owner & friendly staff too.

Great location and newly renovated...

Liked: Newly renovated in a central location. Good sized room.
Disliked: A bit noisey as walls quite thin

Excellent location and very reasonably...

Liked: The best facility was the bathroom. It came equipped with a washing machine/dryer, excellent for travellers. The kitchenette was also well equipped. And the booking was as requested "a ground floor room" It was easy to walk into town and there were plenty of coffee/breakfast shops within close proximity. Good location.
Disliked: The bed or mattrass needs updating. It was lower in the middle and we kept rolling into each other. Also the room needs some painting. The walls and even the door were very marked.

Liked: The location and the staff were lovely. Also, there was a car park underneath so that's a bonus.
Disliked: The bed was not the most comfortable for 2 of us but luckily there was a single bed as well, so I slept there. The floor was not exactly spotless.
