Liked: The hotel location is convenient.
Disliked: The staff helpfulness. The property is conveniently located close to the airport. I made the reservation online late in the evening around 9 pm with booking.com when we had to make an unexpected stop in Baltimore. After waiting several hours to get luggage we were relieved to finally arrive at the hotel at 11:30 pm only to be told they did NOT have our reservation and were totally sold out. I had already received an email confirmation from booking. The staff wasn’t very helpful at all and said they had been sold out since early afternoon. My only recourse was to call Booking.com. Although I understand that there must have been a miscommunication with Booking.com the first woman I spoke with wasn’t very helpful and basically told me and my husband and daughter that we were out of luck. The hotel Manager for the shift was on site and was asked to help - she basically shrugged her shoulders and ducked into the back office to avoid us. She repeated this performance for several more customers who had made a reservation and then arrived to find a sold out hotel.

Great night's sleep. Close to...

Liked: Restaurant food and waiter were excellent. Room clean and bed was comfy.
Disliked: No microwave in room.
