Worst 3 stars+ hotel I...

Liked: Good location. Staff seem nice.
Disliked: My room was 415. The bathroom fan was extremely loud, and at times the bathroom floor seemed to shake. However, the worst issue was the lack of soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking, walking, maybe even farting from the hallway—it felt like there were no walls at all.To be fair, I did request a room change, but was told the hotel was fully booked. In the end, they offered me a 15% discount, which I appreciated, but it didn’t quite make up for the discomfort I experienced during my stay.

Disliked: We were very surprised that there was no complimentary breakfast. So used the bar cafe, staff quite uninterested, muffin stone cold .

Comfort and convenience

Liked: It was a nice, comfortable room near the airport. It had a shuttle, which made it very convenient.
Disliked: The AC was very loud, but it worked well. The restaurant food was good, but the service was ridiculously slow. It took almost 45 minutes to get someone to take our order.
