Liked: The pool to cool down!!
Disliked: Left with no AC for the whole day and night. 25.5 degrees in this small room. No window to open. Never even told us upon arrival there were AC issues. Told us it would be fixed and it never did. I was with my wife who is 8mths pregnant, 2 year, 1 year old, fussy crying all night, had to sleep in our air conditioned car!! Staff never offered another AC room!!

Liked: Great location for the airport. Comfortable beds and the room was very clean.
Disliked: They should invest in toiletries that are refillable and are attached to the shower wall. Having one minute bottle of shampoo for 3 days isn’t adequate. I had to ask for me which also added to extra plastic waste.

Liked: Not sure there was anything that I didn't like. They had a restaurant that was pretty good, there's a nice pool that I didn't take advantage of, and the guest laundry was clean and reasonably priced.
Disliked: Not having a complimentary breakfast.

Liked: Convenient location. Like the convenience of onsite restaurant. Room very comfortable. Spacious bathroom vanity. Honored my special request.
Disliked: I’d like a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Need a variety of cash on hand for requests. Could only change a $20 with 4 $5s.

Liked: The night staff (clerk, porter and manager) tried to resolve the issues that were beyond the night staff’s control.
Disliked: The cost, the mechanical difficulties, the poor response from higher level management regarding broken ACs. No assistance from Booking.com when contacted with issues as well.

Liked: Food was delicious and beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: The first room. The ac was not working. The shower was not working. Was moved to a 2nd room. There was only 1 bed. Moved again to accessible room and ac needed Maintenace men to come and then the issue was fixed. Was at the hotel approximately 2 hours before we could settle and enjoy our stay.
