Superb

Liked: Really high quality in terms of rooms, bar and restaurant. Used for weddings, and one was going on whilst I was there. However, it did not disturb my stay
Disliked: The location is in the middle of an industrial estate. The gardens, buildings are great, but to get there you have to drive through the warehouses and workshops of Pimbo.

Liked: The rooms were very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were great. Everything was clean and well catered for. My friends room was opposite mine and despite two weddings over the two days we were there, we were located well away from any noise of music etc
Disliked: The rooms didn’t have any air conditioning but fans were available to help sleep on the warm evenings we’ve been having. The breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had staying away; but it was perfectly adequate and the staff were lovely

Liked: Well equipped room, comfortable beds, modern TV. Good WiFi, easy to connect. Nice restaurant, big portions. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Close to M6
Disliked: On the edge of an industrial estate. Noise from nearby motorway unless you keep windows closed (double glazed). No aircon so rooms are hot in sunny weather.

Lovely friendly and helpful staff

Liked: The property was ideal location for our requirements, the staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: There was a problem with parking near to the hotel. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we felt that £26.00 was quite a lot to pay for breakfast especially as one of us doesn’t really eat much.
