Disliked: Wouldn't say didn't like but room a little tired but will be getting refurbished and prices in bar quite keen.

Liked: The situation of the hotel was very nice, the staff all pleasant and helpfulDinner was tasty and served wellHowever my chicken was a bit tough in places.Overall good
Disliked: The room was a little frayed and in need of updating ie wallpaper coming away in several places. Not pristinely clean especially the bathroomLack of air conditioning on the hottest day and the only opening window accessible from outside the room, rendering it unsafe to leave window open during the night.The small fan was inadequate to say the very leastWe had very little sleep.Table lamps in need of repair.

A great location for a...

Liked: Our room wasnt quite ready when we arrived but we went to the spa whilst we waited. When we got to our room we had an apology note and a bottle of prosecco! Really didnt expect that. The room was very clean with nice bathroom facilities very modern. Our evening meal was great and what a nice view over the golf course with drinks outside. The spa is amazing with great gym facilities, pool, steam and sauna. Would have like to spend longer there but maybe thats a reason to return!
Disliked: The air con wasnt working and as it was 26 degrees in the room it meant a very uncomfortable night. Thankfully there was a small fan. The mini fridge wasnt switched on and didnt really get very cold to cool our drinks down when we did find the switch.

Liked: It’s a lovely place bar staff were fantastic.
Disliked: Broken cold room in spa during heatwave would’ve been nice. no vending machines stocked , only restaurant food available which ok, steak wasn’t great but rest was good. Nowhere to get water.

Liked: Breakfast was ok.... The suite was a great size, lots on windows, plenty of seating options. Room looked out onto the garden.
Disliked: The corridor floor was uneven, lots of hidden bumps. Very limited car parking spaces

Disliked: NO spaces to store clothes. Only 2 small drawers per person, 1 in dressing table, one in bedside unit. We were there for a 4 night stay .
