Liked: Location was good, rooms were clean
Disliked: No options for ceoliac, staff had no time for any questions and we were dismissed as an inconvenience to them.

Stressful night before the wedding

Disliked: Bad staff were rude , not very accommodating we booked 17 rooms initially but couldn’t accommodate 2 x dogs so mother of bride had to rebook elsewhere, tried to book a meal for 33 could notAccommodate so had to book elsewhere

Liked: Beautiful location and setting, plenty of parking and nice place for drinks outside and peaceful
Disliked: Stayed in a “Luxury” room on one of the hottest days of the year, no air con (it was broken), and the radiator was also broken and stuck on high - scolding hot. The staff were very unsympathetic and lied to us. No fan was provided and therefore we barely slept. I was told a manager would call me, and one week later still no contact.

Liked: The situation of the hotel was very nice, the staff all pleasant and helpfulDinner was tasty and served wellHowever my chicken was a bit tough in places.Overall good
Disliked: The room was a little frayed and in need of updating ie wallpaper coming away in several places. Not pristinely clean especially the bathroomLack of air conditioning on the hottest day and the only opening window accessible from outside the room, rendering it unsafe to leave window open during the night.The small fan was inadequate to say the very leastWe had very little sleep.Table lamps in need of repair.
