Lovely resort

Disappointed

Liked: Lovely grounds to look out at from the bar/restaurant and our room. Breakfast was really good. Staff were mostly welcoming.
Disliked: We were not allocated the rooms we had booked on line and it is noticeable not all of the rooms have been modernised. The shower was slow and dangerously slippy with no mat provided. The biggest disappointment was the quality of the food at dinner. This was not the first stay here for us and we feel it has deteriorated over time. Such a shame!

Liked: Friendly helpful staff. Room was lovely, big and clean.Spa area was large, clean and roomy with a variety of extra rooms.
Disliked: Our room was very close to and overlooked a lodge, more a problem for them!
