Liked: Hotel is nice, good location, clean bedrooms
Disliked: Hotel room was roasting when we arrived and we didn’t know how to turn all the heaters down. There was only one window that we could open which didn’t make much difference. The other 2 large windows didn’t open. We arrived very late at night so I didn’t know if anyone would be able to help us at reception and children were so tired I didn’t want to leave them alone.

Room was as expected but...

Liked: In beautiful surroundings. Peaceful. Access to a gym, bar and restaurant. Clean with comfortable bed and linen. Nice room.
Disliked: Drinks were expensive. Carpets in hallways need replacing in areas.

Wasn’t worth the money

Liked: Very nice views
Disliked: A bit dated , noisy heating

overall a nice experience

Liked: the overall facilities and staff reception were good
Disliked: barking dog in room next door on first night barked until 1130 pm !

Decent spot for a long...

Liked: Great location, very helpful and friendly staff. It’s a bit tired but pretty good value for money
Disliked: The number of pre-arrival messages and emails is out of control!! Daily from about a week out. Upgrades, check ins, pre check ins, reminders. It’s actually incredibly confusing. Then, on arrival, despite all this, room wasn’t properly ready with enough towels, teabags etc.

Happy

Liked: The setting and the feeling of space
Disliked: I like to have my phone by my bed so and additional socket near the bed would allow me to charge it and gave access to the bedside light

Very unhappy with the hygiene-

Liked: Breakfasts were of an acceptable standard
Disliked: Fresh bedding piled up in the corridors on the floor! With people, dogs, suitcases brushing by the laundry which was going on the beds!!!! Pet allergies etc obviously not taken into consideration at all - hygiene ratings 0 in all the hotels I’ve stayed in bedding always been on a trolley
