Liked: Everything but checking in.
Disliked: Rachel who gave no concern about our situation,,,and seemed more concerned about sitting in the back room with her vape,,did absolutely nothing to fix the problem,,,yet was ok passing it on to the poor guy that came in after her,,really creating a hostile environment,,That kid that did come in did do his best to help,,so now it's time to check in and now we can't because Again Rachel did nothing to make sure they had a clean room,,we were gonna have to wait another 30 min,,,It's just really sad we've always enjoyed staying there,,an enjoyed our room that night,,,there was just no excuse why Rachel didn't do anything to help the situation,,,Sorry,,,thank you,

Liked: Location was perfect for the Lacrosse event we were attending. Place was easy to get in and out of and close to everything. Staff was super friendly and accommodating to our needs.
Disliked: I truly can’t give a bad review. It was perfect! I will definitely stay here again next trip.
