BW Allentown Bethlehem Lehigh Valley Inn & Suites

I was very pleased from check-in to check-out. The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely helpful! Very pleasant stay.

Disliked: Some of the staff didn’t speak English so hard to communicate . To close to airport planes were noisy

Disliked: that pool was not working throughout this heatwave and my stay with 4 children. and my room was not cleaned or done once i removed the dnd door sign

Disliked: The pool was closed which was the only reason we picked this hotel which we booked for two nights assuming the pool was open and kids could enjoy it but would up leaving after the first night, beds are hard as a rock, air conditioning was loud and there was an awful mildew smell when you walked in the room and a different smell in the hallways

Liked: Breakfast was decent and staff was accommodating. They upgraded our room and moved us after a complaint about other guests.
Disliked: Other guests were loud and there was an overwhelming smell of marijuana in the entire hallway and coming from multiple rooms nearby that was noticeable even from within our room. The staff upgraded our room and moved us away from the smell. The pool was also closed and out of order.
