Would not stay there again.

Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Everything was an extra cost - parking, use of the leisure club and wifi. Staff were not very friendly.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location and gorgeous old building
Disliked: Shower was a trickle. Noisy extractor fans from the hotel kitchen outside my window ran all night. My room was tiny, tucked away down a corridor and hard to find. Uncomfortable, very basic bed. When I raised the fan noise and shower with front desk I basically got a shrug and no offer of making amends. Then sent from pillar to post trying to pay for breakfast - staff pretty clueless.

Poor

Disliked: Hotel layout isn't great for accessibility. Would have been nice to have had a warning before booking that most of the hotel isn't accessible by the lift. Bed felt old and lumpy and the shower didn't work properly
