We had a wonderful time...

Liked: The manor is quiet and within walking distance of the falls.
Disliked: Wasn’t sure if the room door locked. I’m pretty sure Ted told us, but I forgot and had trouble figuring it out.

Absolutely wonderful.

Liked: The hosts, Ted and his wife, were amazing and made us feel at home right away. They upgraded our room and even surprised us with a birthday cake as I was celebrating my 70th birthday that weekend. The breakfast was truly delicious and plentiful. It was comfortable and conveniently located overlooking the Niagara River from our bedroom. We will certainly go back again. I would highly recommend this beautiful property.

Liked: Very friendly owners, wonderful breakfast! Really easy to get around to the falls, very close to the bus stop but also walkable if you're inclined to. The butterfly motif was fun too, and fits well with the nearby butterfly conservatory. A wonderful experience, would definitely go again.

Amazing and comfortable

Liked: The property was extremely clean, comfortable, and close to the falls!! Everyone was so wonderful and helpful with getting me checked in, making sure my stay was comfortable, and giving suggestions in the area.

Liked: The host was very kind and helpful. They served one of the best hot breakfasts that we have had in a long time. When we informed them that we needed to leave early he offered to leave breakfast to go before I could even make the request. It was wonderful as well. We would definitely stay there again.

Liked: The Room was super clean, staff were very nice and welcoming. They provided us with everything that we needed, we arrived a bit late on the arrival day and they stayed late for us to do the showing and didn't leave us alone. Every morning we were welcomed with a beautiful nice breakfast that was served at the time we asked for the night before. We couldn't asked for better host honestly.
