Liked: We love Pacific Grove and Monterey area. Ocean, wildlife, people and dining. Staff was great. We left some items in the room. They arranged to have it sent right away.
Disliked: The mattress was horrible. Felt like I was falling off.

Would definitely stay again

Liked: The room was huge! And there was plenty of parking. It's right near a wildlife sanctuary so we saw a young deer and their mother which was magical!

Liked: Loved the hot tub! It was quiet and quaint! I loved the walking trails. Our room was awesome with the family room my daughter and her friend had her own room with a bathroom and us parents had ours!
Disliked: Bed was a little too firm for my old back but the pillows made up for that. Water pressure was low, in the shower, not sure if it was a water saver shower head but I felt like I spent a longer time in the shower.

Liked: The property is adorable. Love everything about the aesthetic. Location is excellent for walking or driving. The pool area is lovely with flowers and grass. The property and buildings are well cared for. I received a text from the hotel proprietor in anticipation of our arrival later that day, it was not an automated text. Very nice touch. The staff are all very nice and welcoming.
Disliked: The rooms are a bit dated but they are clean. While the beds are comfortable, we were a bit chilly. I saw blankets in the closet as we were leaving. :/
