Amazing. Book over the phone....

Liked: Kim is the hostess with the mostess! She is a bright, positive, engaging, affirming Dutch dynamite who welcomes so warmly that she leaves you questioning whether you have met before! Warburton is truly a wonderful Tuscany-beating slice of Victoria's trees paradises, and having a stay with Kim at Buttercup Hill just makes it that exquisitely more delightful.
Disliked: We didn't like the fact that we only stayed 2 nights

Liked: Breakfast was cooked and it was excellent.The property was lovely.The hostess was friendly.
Disliked: More room in the bathroom to store toiletries etc- shelves or low level cupboards.

Fabulous place to stay in...

Liked: Buttercup Hill was such a lovely property. The room was very comfortable and Kim was fabulous. She absolutely made sure we had everything we needed and cooked up an incredible breakfast. We loved our stay and would absolutely come back.
Disliked: Nothing

Wonderful and peaceful stay

Liked: Gorgeous spot. Quiet, leafy with visiting cockatoos. Beautiful house with a verandah that’s perfect for reading with a morning coffee. Superb fully cooked breakfast. Wonderful host (Kim) who obviously loves what she does and makes sensational cookies! Fabulous night away from Melbourne.

Tranquil and relaxing

Liked: The breakfast was amazing! Kim was so kind and interesting and it was lovely that she made time to chat with us. The view from the verandah and living room is so tranquil, it was a lovely place to spend a night! Thank you Kim!
