Recommendable Hotel

Liked: Very friendly stafff, good breakfast, clean hotel, and the addition of the Spa is nice. They even decorated for the Easter Holiday. The buses into Bozen city center are easy to use and frequent.

Disliked: Tired paintwork. Uncomfortable bed and linen, dirty under bed. Have no idea how it is ****.

Liked: Pool was relaxing; spa was a nice treat. Parking garage a plus.
Disliked: Not hotel's fault, but taxi ride to city center was unnecessarily expensive.

Disliked: I called hotel to stay a day earlier, the guy said he can't open on sunday !! Hotels should be open 7 days. We only needed a bed, no service, Was NOT possible to get it. I had to pay in advance , Still waiting for a refund. Had to look for a different Hotel. Hold on !! Nothing refund yet, still waiting in Nov 24
