Will definitely visit again

Liked: Nice spacious rooms and all in all enjoyed the stay the staff where friendly and the food was amazing and good value for money
Disliked: Nothing it was all good

Liked: The hotel was good for work, The staff were all very polite in reception and the restaurant, I had dinner for 1 night and breakfast was very good. With both having lots of good food choices
Disliked: The room was a good size, however it was not well kept with dust and cobwebs apparent in the bed and bathroom. I showered on the first evening and both ends of the shower were leaking.o mentioned this when checking out. Obviously it is a 3 star hotel, but I expected more and although it did have pics of a rowing machine in the pictures the gym has been closed during COVID. They need to really update the pictures.

Liked: The managers customer service was exceptional. There was an issue with us check-in on time but her hospitality and professionalism more than made up for the inconvenience
Disliked: Check in time at 4 is pretty late and the steam toom/ pool facilities have very limited opening hours

Disliked: Doors slamming until 3:30 am. Breakfast quality not consistent.
