Brilliant

Liked: Clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious food and great entertainment.
Disliked: The spa could do with TLC. Jacuzzi kind of cold and could do with a steam room and a bit dimmer to have a more relaxing feel.

One time stay never again

Liked: The room we stayed in and toilet seemed to be brand new , however , corridors very dirty. Walls need to be painted . Bad job at cleaning our room. A bottle of cleaning product was left under the bed and dirty cloths left on the toilets sink . They never check shampoos and hand wash as we were left without them . Breakfast was ok , not many options . No lift , that’s why a 3 star hotel . No supervision at the pool . Loads of people in the people and no one with a hat on . Actually me and my 3 kids were the only ones with a hat on . Hair everywhere in the water and disgusting dirty changing room . Full of dirty and hair .

Liked: Perfect in every way! Beautiful room, beautiful breakfast and dinner. The pool was lovely and warm. Staff great! Would stay again

Good night's stay but silly...

Liked: The room size was brilliant and was very clean.
Disliked: Unfortunately we had no control over the heating in the room so when it got cold we had to ring reception and ask them to boost our heating. Never had to do this any where before so was of putting.
