Great value

Liked: Location adjacent big shopping centre is fantastic, yet no noise. Nice and quiet. Basic motel but excellent value for money

Fine but didn't message the...

Liked: Fine, simple but comfortable enough.
Disliked: They didn't send the text they say they said for late check in instructions so when I arrived (NOT late), they weren't in the office and noone answered the phone and I was sat outside freezing cold for 20 minutes trying to find somewhere else to stay. They did eventually return but then were grumpy at me, as if I'd done something wrong.
