Liked: Loved the relaxing time at the pool and gym facilities. The room was nice and comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful. Nice place.

Liked: The staff were exceptional,the hotel was ideally positioned in the middle of town,although the car park was quite small. The swimming pool was a reasonable size and well maintained
Disliked: Very noisy,music playing directly below my room until midnight ,more consideration should be given to this as there weren't that many people actually staying in the hotel so the rooms allocated should have been moved away from this. The swimming pool floor was very slippery,didn't feel particularly safe walking on it .

Disappointing

Liked: Good gym and sauna, although needs some paint and TLC.
Disliked: My room was comfy but tiny..the shower took 10 minutes to warm up and was in limp mode. I asked for an upgrade but it would have cost me more money, for the price the hotel isn't up there I'm afraid. The whole hotel seemed dated. Staff were great though. Breakfast was ok.

Lovely enjoyable night away, break

Liked: The spa facilities were free to use as guest. Room 10 was quiet, clean and peaceful. Comfortable bed. Welcoming staff. Friendly town. Parking on-site free. Well worth the money.
Disliked: It does need a revocation in next 5 years. Can except through a difficult few years that the hotel how it is, but does not put off visiting.

Disliked: The sauna was not warm enough, on the second time a local went to get them to turn it up. Some of the gym equipment didn't work properly
