Liked: Lovely people,very helpful . Breakfast was beautifully cooked with plenty of choice. Property was very clean and being a farmhouse was tastefuly furnished with period items. Plenty of safe parking . Very restful.

Excellent what we hoped for.

Liked: Such a lovely friendly homely feel, Sophie was so helpful and sorted everything for us. Calm and tranquil setting surrounded by horses and a very friendly Herdwick sheep called Phoebe (literally the nicest sheep I've ever met) Breakfast was amazing. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay here again.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Hostess Sophie was super and welcoming, and nothing was not too much trouble.The setting of the farm was beautiful , so wildlife surrounding it. Definitely would return for another visit.

Liked: Fantastic stay, our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was fantastic every morning. Cooked options with quality products. Plenty of cereals, yogurt, fruit etc. The location is beautiful and rural, though there are shops and pubs etc 5-10 mins drive away in the nearby town of Boroughbridge. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. All the expected amenities available. We enjoyed walking around the farm seeing the horses and the local wildlife.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Very relaxed and homely feeling, a great base for us between York and Harrogate. The breakfast was sourced locally and very nice. We loved the old farmhouse atmosphere, and our hosts Sophie & Will were very friendly and informative of the area.Finally, a nice touch was Phoebe, the sheep who, when you called her name, she came running over, wagging her tail just like a dog...❤️

Lovely B&B which was exactly...

Liked: Sophie and Will were lovely and friendly and very helpful. The breakfasts were excellent and our room was super. A nice, quiet location. Just a shame that we had wet weather.
