Burrstone Inn Ascend Hotel Collection

We visited Utica College with our granddaughter. The motel is only 0.7 miles from the school. It was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was very good and everything was very convenient. If this is the college then this will be our hotel. Would surely recommend it.

Liked: it in a very nice location. The hotel bar restaurant is phenomenal but the staff is just clueless and they’re never anywhere to be found. Then I pay $40 for a early check in and then they want another $40 for a late check in and the hotel is not even full

Luxury hotel in the center...

Liked: Very comfortable spacious quiet. Breakfast, coffee in room, luxury bathroom.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The location is close to our family. Restaurants and shopping are easy to drive to. The hotel has a restaurant on site where breakfast is served. The hotel has several wings of rooms, several meeting/banquet rooms, a small gym and an outdoor seasonal pool. Lots of parking surrounding the building. An elevator. Small snack room with an ATM. Beds were comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rates were fair considering the area and we had pets.
Disliked: Bed sheets could be longer.
