We visited Utica College with our granddaughter. The motel is only 0.7 miles from the school. It was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant was very good and everything was very convenient. If this is the college then this will be our hotel. Would surely recommend it.

Liked: The staff were pleasant and accommodating. They answered all of our questions and never seemed like it was a chore. The breakfast was ok. The room was a good size and appeared clean. .
Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was less than ideal. It took me twice as long as it usually does to wash/condition my hair. There weren't that many accessible outlets for phone chargers.

Liked: Was a very quiet location.
Disliked: The restaurant, The Beer Garden, wasn't a beer garden. Only fair selection. Didn't check food or stay because....Was very smokey(cigs) from folks standing outside smoking w the exit doors open. Music was incredibly loud-very off-putting atmosphere for hotel guests. The locals shooting pool were prob fine w it. Staff at front desk very apologetic and rec. some other places to eat fairly close by. Gorgio's was wonderful.The included breakfast the next morning was ok, pretty standard fare.

Over priced. $317.00/day. Not good...

Liked: Coffee was fine. Tried giving different choices.
Disliked: Fruits were/juice not fresh. Day of check in, got there @ around 2:15 pm @ were told to come back 'cause they had to clean over 200 rms. Not very customer friendly. Returned to check in around 4:00 pm. That Mgr told they had plenty of rms, & we should not have Bern sent away. Also no one explained the 3 day policy to get service for rm.

Clean, updated, animal friendly locale...

Liked: I had juice, a bagel with cream cheese and banana. Everyone was loving the waffle maker and coffee machine.
Disliked: I can’t think of anything. I was only there one night. I guess I wish I could have stayed two nights.

Liked: The hotel was clean and comfortable, they allow pets and have a decent breakfast setup
Disliked: It was a bit far from the highway and the breakfast could use some more healthy options such as yogurt and fresh fruit.
