Liked: Easy parking. Good size room and bathroom.Quick and simple check in
Disliked: Settee was positioned in room in such a way that TV could not be viewed while sitting there. Please reconfigure furniture layout.Heating was inadequate for size of room.

Liked: food was excellent at wedding. chapel lovely and romantic. whole wedding experience as a guest was outstanding
Disliked: the beds were terrible - pillows so soft and of a cheap quality. Mattress was so hard we actually left at 4am and drove home. Felt having an additional £26 added to the bill for the double room as I had booked a double but for one was crazy as no one entered the room after paying to add additional coffee / tea or bathroom amenities. If I had not been honest I would be £26 better off for nothing.

Liked: Beautiful place, staff were very accommodating. We attended a wedding, but came the night before and had a meal in the restaurant which was amazing
Disliked: The lighting in the room was poor. No main light, only bedside lights and a lamp.
