Exceptional

Liked: Very friendly hosts very clean and tidy and the food was great

A pleasant stay in the...

Liked: Location was good; a short walk into Keswick and nice views of the hills. Accommodation was clean and tidy. The drying rack was a thoughtful addition for wet hiking clothes. Breakfast was excellent!
Disliked: While clean and functional, the bathroom could be described as compact. OK for us, but I can imagine larger people having some issues.

A wonderful stay

Liked: The property was immaculate and the breakfast was delicious. Sharon was really helpful in recommending local places to eat and happy to help with directions. We had a wonderful stay and would love to stay again.

It was ok, good location...

Liked: The host, Sharon, and her lovely breakfasts. Very welcoming!
Disliked: Unfortunately, we drew the short straw with our room which was very small for 2 people.for a 4 night stay. Bathroom also very small.

Lovely B&B and host, and...

Liked: Lovely host, the food was amazing, the room was clean, the only downside was room smaller than we expected the bed took up most of the room and we kept walking into end of be and no wardrobe, they did provide hangers, also I ticked for parking, but didn't realize it was not onsight parking but Sharon was lovely and we felt very welcome and looked after.
Disliked: Room smaller than we expected, and parking was up a hill on the roadside

A lovely place to stay.

Liked: A lovely BnB. We were warmly greeted by Sharon who was the perfect host, nothing was too much trouble, even went out of her way to phone us whilst we were en route to warn us of a road closure. Perfectly situated to get to Keswick town, about a pleasant 20 minute walk. Rooms were warm and exceptionally clean and tidy, we felt very at home. Lots of nice walks on the doorstep which Sharon helped us plan with great advice.Breakfast was really tasty, freshly cooked and plentiful. We would not hesitate to stay here again, highly recommended.
Disliked: Could not fault anything.

Disappointing for the money .

Liked: Very clean , comfy bed & excellent choice of breakfast . Free parking on side road . Very helpful host .
Disliked: Rather dark inside . On edge of town - too far to walk-in for restaurants in evening . On main road . A very small en-suite- really minute. Very poor shower .

We would stay again and...

Liked: Very friendly and helpful host, Sharon. Best scrambled egg anywhere. Excellent location.

Perfect place to stay while...

Liked: Very attractive property, clean and newly decorated and in a good location about 40 mins pleasant walk into the centre of Keswick. We had the superior double room which is beautiful, light and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
