Liked: Clean, friendly staff, nice location tucked away from Slough.
Disliked: Only negative really was room temperature, a few people mentioned it however very minor issue. Woll stay again when needed

Tired looking hotel in need...

Liked: Good location for where I wanted to be (close to Slough Industrial Estate). Delicious breakfast. Nice toiletries.
Disliked: No lighting in car park - arrived at 11pm, had to park at far end of a dark car park next to the gardens and walk quite a long way in the dark across a car park gravel driveway. Did not feel safe. Bedroom felt quite basic and dated. Only choice of black or green tea. Very tired decor and carpets in hallways/stairways with chipped paint. Has seen better days.

Liked: Staff were all friendly and very helpful. Facilities exceptional. Food was excellent! Location amazing. Wonderful hotel grounds. You made us feel very special and pampered on the occasion of our special wedding anniversary. Thank you.Planning on celebrating my 70th birthday at your hotel later this year. Thank you! Liked: The building has a faded grandeur and is very pretty. The breakfast was absolutely gorgeous and the staff very friendly. Our room was very pretty, clean and comfy. Lovely grounds.
Disliked: The spa is truly awful I’m afraid. The paintwork around the hotel was tired and needed attention too.
