Liked: Did not have breakfast.
Disliked: The very pleasant girl on the front deskwas helpful and was obviously "jack of all trades" as they were so very obviously short staffed!!Paid for two nights.....only stayed for one!!

Great potential, sort the curtains...

Liked: Loved the location and the food was really good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We liked that they allowed us to bring our dog with us and he was welcome.It was £12.50 per night for our dog to stay.
Disliked: The burnett arms has not taken feedback on board as a previous complaint about the curtains hanging off the hooks had not been rectified by the time we stayed there. This would have been a quick fix. Fire alarm procedures need to be addressed as no one counted the guests leaving the hotel ensuring that everyone was accounted for. The guest card system failed and guests were unable to return to their rooms in the early hours until this was manually corrected. The staff member that was in charge was 'just helping out a friend' and obviously this is less than ideal as he had no idea re procedures during the fire alarm alert.
