over priced, out dated, didn’t...

Liked: the location was good, no more than 15 minutes from the main wineries and general restaurants.it had covered parking and and electric gate which was great.
Disliked: the property was outdated, it felt and smelt like walking into a nursing home. the place was designed for pensioners which is obvious from the decor and bathroom facilities. the room was dirty, cobwebs and previous tenants dirty socks. the water systems made a horrendously loud noise anytime any body used it, so if someone showered in another room the pipes above my room would make noise the whole time and this was happening at 1am in the morning. I paid $780 for one night and it was completely unjustified, you don’t even get breakfast. I wouldn’t recommend it or stay again.

Disliked: garden and lawn areas needed upkeep as did outside areas, eg. sweep of cobwebs, spiders, wasp nest.we were told that there were chickens to feed but they were not at the property which was a shame as our little ones were expecting chicks.
