Very good

Liked: Free Parking close to centre meant that we could walk into town without having to search for an (expensive) place to park.Breakfast good.Staff ..friendly & helpful
Disliked: Some black mould on the grout in the bathroom..very unpleasant when a spray with bleach would have killed it

Great location

Liked: We had a lovely garden cottage room, very pretty and comfortable. It was a short stroll in to the village. Staff were fantastic and beautiful staff and home cooked breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike

Liked: Good location. Walking distance to lake.Breakfast was excellent with a good choice.

Beautiful hotel, amazing breakfast and...

Liked: The location was great. Beautiful gardens. Staff so friendly and helpful, they made you feel at home. The breakfast was fantastic. There was an issue with the hot water in one of the rooms so the staff arranged to change rooms. We loved hanging out in the lobby playing board games and having a drink at the bar.
Disliked: nothing

A beautiful room and bathroom...

Liked: The room we were moved to was lovely, on the ground floor and with a small seated area outside the room. The breakfast area was in a separate building and there were pretty gardens at the rear of the property. It wasn't possible to see the Lake from the places we saw but it wasn't far to walk to the waterside. The staff we met were very helpful.
Disliked: Our first room was on the 3rd floor and in the eaves which we hadn't expected from the description of the room. We were moved as the room hadn't been cleaned.

Would definitely recommend a stay...

Liked: Room was large and airy ..Patio to relax on and seating in the garden /Grounds we were able to enjoy the beautiful weather ...Bath and Shower which we wanted ...Quiet Location but only a walk to the Lake with the cruises ...Breakfast room was lovely in the old part of the house ...First day breakfast 10/10 ... ......Second Day Not as good was overcooked and dry ...Obviously different chef ?.......Brilliant Staff .....Everyone we came into contact with .....
Disliked: Not much we didnt like .... Just Costructive Comments .......Possibly a mini fridge in the room would have been great to keep water /Drinks cold ...A safe to keep personal items safe ..instead of having to take eveyrthing out with us .....We didnt have a TV remote that worked ...was given another one but that wasnt compatible ? Not a major issue but we do like to relax with a catch up on tv .....when we came back from sightseeing

Lovely stay in the Lakes

Liked: Lovely hotel, great location. Nice welcoming, check-in. All the staff were polite, helpful and friendly.Fabulous breakfast, great service.Loved the garden area and the rabbits Plenty parking Really enjoyed our stay will definately stay again.
Disliked: Bathroom door latch wasn't working couldn't lock the door. Room 19. But not an issue for us just your info.
