Liked: Excellent customer service from the whole team! The accommodation was comfortable and spotlessly clean.The breakfast offering was pretty good, with freshly baked bread available every morning. (The bread, from a breadmaking machine was not bad, but being a baker, I am pretty critical!).The fact that the Burlington is situated on the main bus route into the city was an added bonus. There were busses passing pretty well every ten minutes or so, and when you have a bus pass, that is certainly a bonus!
Disliked: Although our room was very comfortable, it was a little 'cramped'. However, our booking was a bit late. We could have had a larger room, but we just took what was available at the time.

Liked: Late booking - but clear helpful instructions sent to me. Staff were exemplary - house was spotless.Never given a rating this high before I am picky, but when its right its right.
Disliked: I chose the wrong room as it was on the top floor - but that was my fault.

Disliked: The bathroom is way too small and after showering, the whole bathroom is flooded. Cleaning quality was sufficient but not great
