Great location

Liked: The welcome was superb, great comfortable room, advice on our stay in Oxford.Lovely service at breakfast.
Disliked: Fire alarm going off in the middle of the night!

Excellent hosts.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent. Room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Disliked: It's a good hike to the city... a couple of kilometres.

Liked: Very friendly staff and and an awesome breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom is way too small and after showering, the whole bathroom is flooded. Cleaning quality was sufficient but not great

Good Guesthouse; but not a...

Liked: Friendly host, Nes was very accomodating. Bus link into Oxford centre was very easy.
Disliked: Room was downstairs front room, with very small bathroom, quite noisy and unprivate.

Liked: Not much
Disliked: 1) location not ideal , having to bus it in from suburbs is frustrating 2) room had issues with a running toilet that resulted in a great deal of faff which as a guest I don’t care what time the plumber is arriving. I simply want a room without running water providing the soundtrack. 3) the breakfast was like an AI European robots interpretation of a full English breakfast. Sausages inedible and gave me stomach ache. Orange juice pithy and inedible and the one slice of “home made “ bread being handed out like some sort of church rite was laughable 4) room was okay, small and the shower was below par. For the price paid this hotel was massively underwhelming and if inspected more recently (the one presented outside is from a few years ago) would not retain the 4* AA classification.
