Set on the edge of a steep hillside overlooking the Golden Valley Burleigh Court Hotel is a 18th-century Cotswold-stone manor house located in the heart of Royal Gloucestershire. The hotel features a large garden as well as an on-site restaurant and a bar. Each of the individually decorated and furnished bedrooms offers views of the property's gardens or across the Golden Valley. They include a seating area and a private bathroom fitted with a bathtub or a shower. Some rooms also come with a fireplace and large four-poster beds. Burleigh Court's restaurant offers a two-rosette dining experience serving a locally-sourced menu using only top-draw ingredients and kitchen garden produce. Guests can enjoy a drink in the bar or the terrace from the extensive variety of wines ales and spirits offered in the bar. A full English breakfast is also served every morning in the common dining room or in the guest rooms upon request. Peaceful Cotswolds gem

Liked: The hotel is an attractive Cotswold stone building with sweeping views over the valley. It has a very comfortable, large terrace and lots of other places to sit in the large gardens. It is beautifully furnished and the staff are lovely. We would definitely return.
Disliked: We had a large, comfortable bedroom but the bathroom was down two steep steps which wasn't ideal.

Exceptional

Liked: A small hotel with a heart. Warm and welcoming staff who make time to make you feel welcome. This our third visit and we’ll be back.
Disliked: Nothing. New guests do need to be aware it is quite an uphill walk into Minchinhampton but only a 5 minute drive

Beautiful hotel in the Cotswolds,...

Liked: Fantastic hotel in the Cotswolds. Just what we wanted in a lovely location. The breakfast was great and the chefs were very accommodating to us being vegan. Spa facilities were good, however I don't think we realised that the pool was unheated till we got there!
Disliked: Honestly nothing, it was just what we wanted for a weekend in the countryside.
