Liked: we went during a very busy time so I suspect that was the cause of our issues but our room was not cleaned well prior to arrival ( dirty linens and a sock from previous occupants in bathroom closet) underside of toilet seat not clean too much to list
Disliked: location great . had to call desk three times for bed linen and toiletries for additional guests that were listed on booking again it was a very busy time for hotel

We would definitely return, but...

Liked: Great location to directly ski out. The cafe and bar always had great food and friendly service.
Disliked: Front desk staff is not very friendly or helpful. We arrived late and weren't sure of the conditions for skiing, and the girl literally cackled at us when we asked if we'd be able to ski the next morning. She should know if she works there, even if there are spring-like weather and most snow was melted. Then, we had to make our own sofa bed at midnight because we "hadn't requested" it even though I registered for 3 guests.

Liked: The location for BMA and Burke Mountain is excellent.
Disliked: The team at the front desk is spotty...some nice some so NOT nice.The arcade has mostly broken games, both in December and again in February.We paid a hotel price, but had to make our own beds.The blankets are very thin, and not warm at all...this is ski season!The hot tub broke and the response to notification was very unpleasant. Maybe put up a sign so people know and stop asking.

Liked: Convenient location for skiing. The rooms are big and have everything you need. There is a place for everything: ski lockers, fitness center, pool, kids arcade, mountain bike storage, a ski shop……
Disliked: The kids arcade needs a bit of maintenance and the Breakfast restaurant needs a bit more attention from the management!
