Veryyyyy disappointed if I was...

Liked: We liked the location
Disliked: We didn’t like the fact that we were told to arrive early yet had to wait nearly 4 hours to get into our roomAnd the fact that we paid so much money for our stay and not once after being told by the bar staff that the receptionist never once come over to us to explain anything We had been on the road at that time nearly 7 hours and we could not freshen up or change as all our stuff had been taken up to the room So that side was veryyyyy poor Also when we arrived we were not told anything about the hotelThe bar staff and driver were veryyyyy good

A dream stay that did...

Liked: It’s been on our bucket list for years and so pleased it was everything we’d always hoped it would be. It was like stepping back in time and we felt privileged to be there. The staff were amazing and very attentive. The food was exquisite, as were the cocktails!!! Yes it was expensive but the levels were so high it still felt like excellent value for money.
Disliked: Absolutely nothing not to like about the place

Disliked: The number of staff available did not always equal efficient service.
