Liked: The location was close to the beach and the Dolphin Centre. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Undercover parking was limited, but we had no issues. The room was very clean.
Disliked: The hairdryer was impossible to use it without injuring yourself. The hairdryer should bolt into the wall, with the curled cord like an old telephone cord from the wall unit to the dryer, but it was loose in the drawer. When you plug it in, the coiled cord doesn't extend, and the box that should be on the wall swings around your head and hits you.
