Lovely hotel , lovely beaches...

Liked: Fabulous location , on the beach & also near the town centre
Disliked: The breakfast was expensive , & a late bar would be nice. You arrived into the hotel from the town side it wasn’t until the next day that we realised we could access the beach from the others side of the recreation area. Maybe it should be pointed out on checking in. We were there for 2 nights.

The hotel stay was fabulous...

Liked: The hotel was close to town and restaurants for dinner.

Liked: Room was very clean and comfortable. Location absolutely perfect and the food was on point.

Liked: Very clean. Well appointed. Large space. Wonderful bedding. Large TV and good Wifi. Heated pool. Friendly helpful staff.Happy hour good for pre dinner drinks. Restaurant food was tasty, well presented and service was excellent.
Disliked: Nothing really. We can’t fault the hotel or staff.

Liked: Not much. .room very tired and old. Dated and depressing decor Nice bed. We paid more than Doubletree Northbridge charged.

Besides the room, the hotel...

Liked: Room location was ok as it wasn't facing the ocean and beach directly.
Disliked: When I checked in I realised my room did not have an ocean view. I expected it to be ocean facing but I didn't know the room I booked wasn't one with ocean view it wasn't stated when I booked. I asked for an upgrade to a room with an ocean view which costs me extra. However, it was partly with an ocean view due to rooms not being available. When we got to or room at about 1:20pm check-in, to my surprise, it was not being cleaned. I called the reception person and she managed to get another room one floor higher but the ocean view was partly visible.
