Branson trip

Liked: Nice and roomy, clean and well kept! Front desk personnel very nice and friendly.
Disliked: Parking was not very organized, could not tell where I could park!! Towels were missing, coffee was missing; but was easily obtained from front desk!

Pretty great to stay and...

Liked: The hot tub in my spacious room and that there was a bar with games right there on-site and a relaxing little pond and docks to sit at. Very friendly staff and helpful.
Disliked: No breakfast, it was pricey for what I got and didn't get.

Needed a small getaway

Liked: It was peaceful and quit

Liked: We like there was a bar on the grounds and we had a great time there. It has very unique decorations. And Mary the bartender was wonderful.

Disliked: All the water in the sink, jucuzzi tub and the shwoer was allComing out brown. I’ve stayed here 3 times and that never happend!

Quaint place

Liked: Love Miranda so friendly and accommodating, love the fact we could walk over to bar each night great drink prices. Very quiet.
Disliked: Our initial arrival didn’t go well since the front door was locked when I called the lady who answered was so nice said the front staff was on way back and she was very nice (Miranda) And then came Dillion , last day as we went to go get coffee at 8:45 he said rudely , I will start the pot at nine and he was just sitting there doing nothing. I don’t think he was having a very good day and I don’t think he liked his job very well and his customer service skills were at a zero. At 10:59 he he’s beating on our door very loud and rude that checkout is 11 :00,so make sure you’re out of the door by 1058. If you use booking.com they do not have an accurate description of this property or what’s available. They do not serve any breakfast at all only coffee and they do not have soundproof rooms. It’s an older facilities smells a little musky, but to be honest with you the value for the money is great worth that I would stay there again

Cool place, dirty, broke features.

Liked: It was dirty, the faucet to the jacuzzi handle was broke. No wash rags. Ect.
Disliked: Cleaner, not broke hottube when you pay 200 for a night.
