Once again, we enjoyed staying...

Liked: Bulls is an excellent location if travelling from Taupo to Wellington. Staying in Bulls helps break up the trip if travelling late afternoon and you do not like travelling at night-time. Bulls is close enough to Levin, and then it's not too long to get on to the motorway all the way to Wellington.

Liked: clean, safe, convenient location.
Disliked: was woken at night by campers going early hours.

Disliked: The air conditioner was old and extremely loud, it was impossible to sleep with it on. The sheets were a bit dirty, everything was quite old, kettle wasn’t particularly clean as well, running water in the toilet, there wasn’t enough warm water for two people to take a shower, and there was a cockroach inside waiting for us

Fantastic complex for groups, great...

Liked: Great kitchen facilities for a group and the pool was a bonus.
Disliked: The property lived up to our expectations and was described well in the adverts so there was nothing unexpected.
