Disliked: Only one bed was made. Had to make other bed ourselves. Extra blankets weren’t clean. Staff member was unhelpful when pincode to exit wasn’t working. Had to park and return to office twice before being resolved.

Liked: Great location in proximity to beach. Shower head pressure was good.
Disliked: Beds were so incredibly uncomfortable and full of springs, you could feel each and every one dig into your back. The couch was old and dirty. The air con had ALOT of black mould in it and the remote was covered in a mysterious brown substance. The heater provided in the bedroom was caked in dust so we had to clean it to avoid a fire risk. The only place to plug it in was the 30cm between the bed and wall, also not safe. You are only provided one flat pillow per person including adults. They do not make up any but the main bed and the linen for children's beds are kept under the bed in a dirty old plastic box. Not sure why they are kept there rather than on the bed or the adjacent linen cupboard. No Tongs provided in kitchen but other utensils are. You need to take out your own rubbish to the bins provided at the front of the park and Dishes need to be done on exit. The bathroom also had mould and no doonas or thick blankets are provided just a couple of sheets and a thin blanket. There are ample of other parks to stay at in the area, I highly suggest looking elsewhere. We didnt find staff hospitable and definitely was far from the friendly service you get at most parks. We were hoping we would enjoy the park so we could stay when we are in the area again but we will be cancelling and looking elsewhere.
