Perfect stay in Banff

Liked: Everything was perfect, big bathroom, clean, comfy beds, fire place and beautiful views with veranda seating

Disliked: The bed was too hard

Good stay, location had positives...

Liked: Rooms were well equipped and we were able to check in early, which was a bonus. We are in the restaurant one night and the food and service were excellent. The gym and spa (hot tub) were also very nice and we had no trouble finding parking close to our room.
Disliked: The room service and maintenance staff were quite ‘overt’ during our stay. We had a van delivering linen and towels parked right outside our window both days and cleaners were coming and going with in other vehicles for much of the day. The spa area needed more loungers.

Liked: Beautiful grounds and location. Enjoyed the fire place where you can burn real wood. Great walking trails close to the unit.
Disliked: The pool or hot tub was very small. Ecpensive although in line with similar properties in the area.

Liked: Very comfy beds and pillows. Lovely bathroom. Good restaurant. Great location.

Quiet comfy stay with great...

Liked: Lovely quiet area just far enough out of the main town to be relaxing and nestled in a small forested area. Lovely surroundings. Great restaurant and staff. Comfy beds. Lovely pillows. A la carte breakfast was vey good. Lovely hot tub outdoors. You don’t need a car as the ROAM bus stop is nearby, to you can walk into town if you wish.
