Buffalo Marriott Niagara

I thought the hotel was a little outdated and that the cost for this hotel at $150 a night was a little on the high side. It would have been more reasonably priced between $89-$99 per night.

Liked: The hotel staff themselves were very nice and I found the waitress in the restaurant to be exceptional.
Disliked: Kids were allowed to stay in rooms by themselves and there was a sports event with many kids on our floor. They were running around and slamming doors and yelling all night long until I had to finally call the front desk at midnight to say we couldn't sleep. Security was called and they quietened down for about 5 minutes only to continue on until about 2:30am.

Liked: The room was so clean, I was very impressed.
Disliked: The door to the room was very heavy so it would slam shut.

Disliked: Room cleaning and other ( bathroom door is broken and we are three member family (me, my wife, my father in law). So i asume the ine reading this coment should understand how akward it will be to stay in a broken bathroom having a mirrom across the wall, meaning everything in the bathroom-shower is visible to atleast half of the room as the door is broken. This is defa poor experience and not good match the value i paid.

Disliked: Wish there were microwaves in the rooms.

Disliked: Still undergoing remodeling. Cleaning ladies came to room at 4:00 PM. I consider that to be late. We were out most of the morning and afternoon and we came back to room while they were cleaning and another day before they even got to our room. So when she came to our room we just declined to have the room serviced

Disliked: Pool was not clean .. and the shower was not comfortable .. it was little tight.. and slippers can be provided to rooms ..
