Nice hotel. We got an upgrade to a harbor view room which was a great surprise.

Liked: Bed comfy. Staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff; cleanliness; everything was spot on perfect; except for coke and no pepsi.
Disliked: Should offer pepsi as well as coke. Believe me, I was not the only one disappointed - my daughter got a bad headache, as we could not get any pepsi. Really this is a serious thing. When you don't like coke and you really need a pepsi and there isn't any :-(

Great hotel for a stopover...

Liked: Very nice hotel with good facilities and valet parking . Maurice the parking attendant was very friendly and exceptionally helpful. The restaurant served excellent food

Best quality but less value...

Liked: Everything was great! The quality was exceptional but in terms of value for money, well I can no. One level lower quality hotels like Sheraton has same standards sometimes even higher, and with lower prices (half the price).
Disliked: We paid almost $400 for a night but no parking included? No breakfast included?

convenient location for downtown events...

Disliked: you have to pay extra to park in the ramp for the hotel. Could not figure out how to turn the light off behind the bed. hit every switch i could find.
