Nice hotel. We got an upgrade to a harbor view room which was a great surprise.

Liked: Bed comfy. Staff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff; cleanliness; everything was spot on perfect; except for coke and no pepsi.
Disliked: Should offer pepsi as well as coke. Believe me, I was not the only one disappointed - my daughter got a bad headache, as we could not get any pepsi. Really this is a serious thing. When you don't like coke and you really need a pepsi and there isn't any :-(

Disappointing

Disliked: Way overpriced for such a tiny room then parking internet and breakfast were all extra. Very disappointed. I travel a few times a year and know what a room should cost. Didn't even have a microwave.

Very nice.

Liked: Close to arena & had walk way directly to KeyBank Center. Took my teenage daughter so I loved this. Plus hotel room floors couldn't b accessed in elevator w/out ur room key. Extra layer of protection.
Disliked: Shower was a disappointment & hair soap/conditioner smelled so bad. Thankful I took my own. Room took a very long time to cool down. Temps outside near 100.No microwave a bit inconvenient & fridge didn't get cold enough 4 for & can't adjust temp urself.
