Liked: The location was very convenient. The staff were super friendly and were very helpful. The room was a little dated but was extremely clean and comfortable.Stayed for dinner in the restaurant and the food was good, as was the service, polite and helpful. Would return if in the area again to try other things on the menu.
Disliked: Even though the shower was hot and good pressure, maybe needs new shower heads but can’t really complain or nit pick.

Disliked: The room decoration was rather old and tired. We had to ask for additional coat hangers and a hairdryer as these were not in our room.

Liked: Very speedy check in, just signed a form, added car reg No then given key. Hotel easy to find and although it was just by a main road it was quite quiet. Uckfield only a few mins drive away. Room could do with painting again and the carpet was a little dirty. The room was large and airy with everything I needed. Very good power in the shower. Had a good quiet nights sleep. check out by 11 am which was fine for me.

Disliked: Boiler was broken for both the nights so there was no hot water, there was a shower head installed but no option to change it from a bath to a shower!? Pedal bin fell apart when I tried to open it with my foot

Disliked: Over priced, no chef so no food. Cobwebs and unclean bedrooms. TV didn't work. Worst place I've ever stayed! Then staff had the cheek to challenge us for eating a sandwich in the empty restaurant which we had to drive miles to get after a long day in work.
