Exceptional

Enjoyed my brief stay. Hotel...

Liked: Very speedy check in, just signed a form, added car reg No then given key. Hotel easy to find and although it was just by a main road it was quite quiet. Uckfield only a few mins drive away. Room could do with painting again and the carpet was a little dirty. The room was large and airy with everything I needed. Very good power in the shower. Had a good quiet nights sleep. check out by 11 am which was fine for me.

Liked: Staff were really great, friendly and helpful! Decent location!
Disliked: Boiler was broken for both the nights so there was no hot water, there was a shower head installed but no option to change it from a bath to a shower!? Pedal bin fell apart when I tried to open it with my foot

Disliked: Over priced, no chef so no food. Cobwebs and unclean bedrooms. TV didn't work. Worst place I've ever stayed! Then staff had the cheek to challenge us for eating a sandwich in the empty restaurant which we had to drive miles to get after a long day in work.
