Disliked: Dirt and fingernails on the bed when we arrived. A high price for an extremely disappointing stay

Liked: There was plenty of space for parking with close distance to restaurants. Comfortable, soft beds. Clean, free from odors.

Liked: Location was great, staff very cordial
Disliked: Didn’t get the rooms advertised, got two identical rooms that did not match the profile. Each room should have been discounted but I was told the don’t handle any of it is controlled by you. I sent an email and never heard back! I paid up front, got two rooms that did not match the rooms offered and paid two different pricing. This needs to be corrected immediately. A/C stopped working on the hottest weekend this year got moved to a different room that had where the air did won and was told it was the handicap room required for my husband, we tried to use the tub shower but when you are paralyzed it’s difficult to step on e the tub

Overall close to the airport...

Liked: It was close to the airport.
Disliked: The AC was not working in our room. They gave us a small fan room still was not comfortable for everyone. The elevator is super tiny.

Outdated and dusty for the...

Liked: The courtyard was great.
Disliked: The rooms are old and very dusty, noisy and the door from the carpark took many tries with the room key to unlock. For the price I expected more.

Convenient for the airport, but...

Liked: Very close to the airport The shuttle every 15 minuted was great
Disliked: The toilet was dirty, with visible hairs on the toilet seat. The curtain on the window was transparent and the window looked out to a brightly lit parking lot. Therefore it was impossible to make the room dark and it was difficult to sleep. The hotel felt over priced.
