A great hotel

Liked: The hotel is nice , the owners Jon & Rachel are very nice and helpful , I will the owners 10/ 10, when I go to Sussex again I will try to book this hotel again near to shops , the beach was just a cross the road , reccomended hotel I Will give it 10/10 ,

Liked: Lovely spacious room, from the entrance to actually going up to my room everything is well kept and feels really homely!! Room was very comfortable, lovely bathroom, bed was extremely comfy! Overall just lovely space and place to stay! The hosts were really friendly & welcoming! Extremely accommodating, especially as I arrived earlier than planned to due work! Even when I had a slight issue with my key trying to get into my room, when I rang - the hosts were responsive and even though I sorted it and got into the room fine, Rachel still rang me to check in and make sure everything was okay, which I thought was lovely and shows just how much they care about their guests! Thank you for a wonderful stay & I will definitely book again when I need to come to Bexhill for work!

Friendly owners, noisy neighbours, Great...

Liked: Location was near the promenade, friendly hosts and spacious room. Nice touches with the disposable toothbrush and facecloths etc. lovely biscuits with the tea and coffee and ample replacements on the landing.very useful USB and phone /device charging.
Disliked: Room was nice but a bit tired and bathroom was big and spacious but could do with a refurbishment. Unfortunately because of the location if the windows are open all you can hear are the neighbours and yapping dogs. Not much you can do about it but still unfortunate.
