Exceptional

Liked: Lovely clean spacious room. Bathroom was huge double sinks with large shower and lovely fluffy large towels. Tea provided with nice biscuits in room.Owners are very friendly.Parking is easy on road with a pass for 24 hrs.Breakfast is provided at Calvers round the corner absolutely delicious
Disliked: There was nothing not to like.

3 ladies, 1 night

Liked: Amazing friendly welcome. Super location for De La Warr PavilionGood big room set up for three ladies. Plenty of space and a good size, clean bathroom.
Disliked: Curtains a bit gappy if you're a light sleeper the sun creeps in but otherwise a really clean comfy stay.
